All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes [1-3 business days] from the date of shipment.

GCC Shipping (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain)

  • Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is 30 AED, or FREE on orders above 350 AED.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

We proudly ship SEVENER products worldwide to destinations outside the GCC.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping Fees: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Duties & Customs: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SEVENER is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
