Questions about sizing, fit, quality, and product care.

How do I know if the cap will fit me?
All SEVENER caps feature an adjustable premium strap, Snapback or Strapback,
designed to provide a perfect and comfortable fit for most head sizes,
typically ranging from 54 cm to 60 cm in circumference.
What makes SEVENER caps premium?
We do not compromise on quality. Every cap is built using elite-tier materials,
heavy-duty fabrics, and meticulous stitching. From the clean internal lining
to the structured front panels, our caps are engineered to maintain their shape,
deliver a premium feel, and compete at the highest global standards.
How should I clean and care for my SEVENER cap?
To maintain the premium structure and color of your cap, we strictly recommend:

  • Hand washing with cold water.
  • Using a mild detergent only.
  • Avoiding machine washing, tumble drying, or bleach.
  • Letting the cap air dry naturally in the shade to preserve its shape.

Shipping & Orders

Questions about delivery, payments, returns, and custom requests.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier:

  • UAE: 1–5 days
  • GCC: 1–10 days
  • Worldwide: 1–15 days
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
You can use it to follow your shipment status with the courier.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted within 7–14 days if the item is unused
and in its original condition. Exchanges can be requested by sending an email to
info@sevener.ae after the product condition is verified.
Shipping and return delivery charges are covered by the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments as well as Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer customized products?
Yes, we can customize certain products upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

Questions about return eligibility and exchange conditions.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order.
The cap must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with all tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, SEVENER will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within
7–10 business days.
