If you are not entirely happy with your cap, we are here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your cap must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all product tags and labels attached.

Items on clearance or special sale are final and cannot be returned, unless received damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item,
SEVENER
will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your original method of payment within
7–10 business days.
